Project Description:
The Sacred Heart Medical Center is located at the RiverBend campus in Springfield, Oregon.
The 2,000,000 SF, greenfield project consisted of constructing a state of the art hospital campus, including:
- 890,500 SF, 500-bed hospital
- 186,191 SF, six-story OHVI
- 128,009 SF, Cancer Center (RMP)
- 135,200 SF, Northwest Specialty Clinic (NSC)
- 380,000 SF Parking Structures
- 26,911 SF Central Utility Plant (CUP)
