  • Practice court facility
  • Underground parking structure with capacity of 375 cars
  • 330,000 cubic yards of soil removed to make room for the below grade portions of the facility
  • 39,000 cubic yards of concrete poured for the arena and parking structure
  • 4,840 tons of reinforcing steel was placed in the concrete
  • 580,000 pounds of precast concrete placed for the seating bowl
  • 2,900 tons of structural steel formed the super structure of the arena
Project Description: 

The Matthew Knight Arena is a premier facility built in the Pacific Northwest. The greatly anticipated structure spans four city blocks and serves as host to premiere league sports events including University of Oregon basketball, hockey, indoor football, as well as facilitating concerts and entertainment events.
